Late/ Cancellation Policy:

Safe Space tries to be very flexible with its clients. It is strongly suggested that clients cancel 24 hours before their appointment. Because we know life happens, Safe Space will allow 2 late cancellations sessions for no cost. After 2 late sessions, Safe Space will charge 50 percent of the service. A session is considered late cancellation if it is made 30 minutes before the scheduled session or less. No Shows are charged the full amount of the session according to the clinicians discretion. 

 

Scheduling:

Safe Space Therapy hours vary on the need of the clients. Safe Space (The Practice) typically works from 4:00pm-10:00pm on various week days and every third Saturday morning of the month. Scheduling is done on simplepractice.com. Clients can go here to request an appointment or contact Safe space directly via phone or email. NOTE: Some daytime appointments are available per request.

 

Documents:

Clients at Safe Space Therapy will be sent various documents discussing more details regarding therapeutic services. Documents must be signed and submitted via client portal before therapeutic services. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

Consultation:

Safe Space understands the importance of selecting the right practice for your therapeutic needs. Due to this Safe Space offers the following consultation options.

1. Free 15 minute phone consultation 

2. $25.00 30 minute phone consultation 

3. $50.00 45 minute video consultation

 

Payments: 

​

Clients will be billed through simple practice. All clients must submit a card on file in order to pay copays or therapy sessions. Clients may also pay with their insurance. All transactions will likely happen the day or week of the appointment. Clients can request to be billed for co-pays monthly. All self pay sessions will be transacted within that week. Payment plans are available for clients who wish to pay for the sessions up front for the month. This option is for self pay clients ONLY
