Hello!

Hello! I’m Sarah Haight, a licensed master social worker (LMSW) in the DMV region. I am passionate about supporting people in all stages of their lives, recognizing that each chapter presents both unique challenges and opportunities for growth and learning.

 

My approach focuses on meeting the client where they are and tapping into the inherent strengths each of us possesses. In our hardest moments, it is especially important to recognize our resiliency and gifts. I believe in using a few different modalities to tailor therapy to the individual and/or couple – adapting practices from internal family systems therapy to cognitive behavioral therapy to support clients in reaching their goals.
