Safe Space Therapy specializes in addressing, Self-Sabotage, Cognitive Distortions, Anxiety , Depression, Trauma and Identity issues. Individual Sessions range from 45- 60 minutes and can happen Weekly, Bi Weekly, Monthly or twice a week. depending on the need of the clients.  You can expect to be supported but challenged and giving many tangible tools to use in your everyday life. 

Safe Spaces offers various groups throughout the year. Groups will be broken down in categories to address the needs of people that identify with each other in a group setting. List of Groups will be posted quarterly and filled until it meets its capacity. Groups with more popular demand will occur more frequently. Groups can meet between weekly and Bi weekly depending on the need and demand.

Safe Space specializes in assisting couples struggling to communicate, rekindle attraction, and overcome severe obstacles in their relationships. Safe Space is known for helping couples create the relationship they desire with work, accountability and true compassion. Couples will be challenged to think critically, address unspoken expectations and given tangible homework and tools to use in their everyday life. Sessions are 80 minutes long and packed with insight and exercise. Couple sessions can occur weekly to bi weekly depending on the need. Safe Space also plans, coordinates and facilitates retreats and international travel experiences for people seeking new experiences. Retreats vary throughout the year and range from being therapeutic, for leisure, wellness, networking and much more.  Retreats prices vary per event. Safe Space can also coordinate, plan or host your retreat. Prices will vary on location and activities needed. Retreats will be posted quarterly.
